1. Overview
We want you to love your ToothLab™ experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website toothlabcompany.com
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
Your request must be made within 60 days from the date you received your order.
The item must be returned in reasonable condition (not broken or intentionally damaged).
All original accessories (charging cable, packaging, etc.) must be included if applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Items damaged through misuse or accidents are not eligible for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@toothlab.company.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need an exchange, please email support@toothlabcompany.com before sending the product back.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — processing times may vary.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately after verification.
7. Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, toothbrush heads that have been used cannot be resold and are not returnable unless defective.
If your issue concerns the UV system or electronic function, your 60-day guarantee still applies.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
ToothLab™ complies with all applicable import and VAT regulations.
6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
We cannot refund or resend orders if an incorrect address was entered.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Delivery Confirmation
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, building manager, or neighbors.
We cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
